Maytree Cottage. Compact home in Mid Wales.

This is very well equipped place for two people. It was very clean and is a lovely little stone terraced cottage. Nice village with good walks around and a friendly pub nearby. Our host was very helpful in forwarding to us something we left behind.

I was pleased with everything but owing to a chest infection which got worse the first night we decided to return home to seek medical care in my local surgery the following day. I had problems breathing and couldn't climb the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. I had finished a course of antibiotics the previous day. I was looking forward to visiting the area. No fault lies with the cottage or Cara the owner. I am still struggling to breathe easily. It's possible I may be sent to my local hospital to be put on a drip, more effective than tablets.

We absolutely loved our stay and wholeheartedly recommend this place! You can truly feel that so much love and care was put into every little detail of the cottage. The thoughtful notes around the house made us smile more than once, and the one above the bedroom mirror? Pure genius! The bathroom mirror brought a wave of travel memories – it reminded me of Tunisia, though I think it might actually be Moroccan. Either way, such a beautiful touch! The only very minor thing was the slightly stuffy smell when we first arrived – probably left by a previous guest staying with their furry friend. But honestly, the fact that pets are welcome is a huge plus. Thank you!

Everything! Absolutely gorgeous little cottage for our one night stopover from Tenby. Friendly village & a good location for some last minute sightseeing before heading back home to Manchester. Comes highly recommended. Thank you so much Cara 😊

Cottage was beautiful and very cosy.Plenty of things to do in the area especially if you like walking.Two pubs a spar and a nice chippy.Would love to return.
