"Decent little place for a weekend getaway in prime Dallas"

Nice little place for a decent price. Neighbors weren’t annoying or loud. There were definitely some things that needed upgraded and repairs… such as the bathroom cabinets, toilet roll holder, hand towel holder, closet door which was completely detached and just sitting there, pokey bed frame, leaky and unusable bathtub, etc. there are no hand towels provided, and only one trash can in the kitchen in the whole apartment, no bathroom trash. The bed was cozy though and didn’t hurt my back and the place was also decently clean. you can also do laundry if you need to also. it’s nice for a weekend stay. there are also kitchen supplies provided. The location is nice too. very close to the fairgrounds and deep ellum.
