We feel it is different room from photos in the web sites.

We stayed at this 3-bedroom accommodation in GBC. The rooms are of decent size and come with all the basic amenities you'd expect.

However, several things didn’t work as they should, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. To start with, the booking confirmation process was problematic — imagine arriving at reception only to be told there’s no booking under your name. It took time and effort to sort out, which added unnecessary stress at the very beginning of the stay. The air conditioning in both the living area and the master bedroom was extremely weak, to the point where it was ineffective. This seems to be a known issue, as the host had provided a portable AC and a fan to try to compensate. Unfortunately, the living area remained quite uncomfortable. There were a few other maintenance concerns: the microwave was unusable due to a shorted circuit, and the stovetop was barely functional, making it difficult to cook meals. These are fairly basic necessities that we expected to be in working order. Additionally, there was an unpleasant interaction regarding parking. When we asked for a receipt to confirm payment for the paid parking spot, we were met with accusations of trying to get a free space, which was disappointing and uncalled for. On the positive side, we appreciated the host's quick response to requests for assistance. However, overall, the condition of the amenities and the tone of communication around parking left much to be desired.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is just across uptown mall and mitsukoshi.

I liked the location and the unit itself. The lobby person was really nice.

I had a bad experience with the host. I made a request on April 22 regarding early check in at 1pm and she confirmed. But when we arrived last Friday, she said that check in is at 3pm. She was also asking me to pay for the guests that will be visiting the unit during the day and the make up artist and photographer who will just be there for two hours. I sent the screenshot of our conversation regarding the early check in and she never acknowledged it. I even sent her several emails and text messages one week before our reservation just to make sure that she understands and received all the names I sent her. At 1:30pm, the reception guy told me to check the unit if the cleaner was there, but when I went up, the unit was unlocked and the unit key was on the table, that was almost 2pm. The host was ignoring my calls, and still insisted that the check in is at 3pm. No apologies, no acknowledgement of the conversation regarding the early check in. When we went in, there was a rotting rice in the microwave, that was stinky already. A

Great location lovely rooms and very well set up. Beds enough for everybody without having to resort to airbeds. 2 bathrooms help when you have a large group. Pool is very nice, clean and lots of kid friendly options. Helpful staff.
