Apartamento a 5min de la playa de Ondarreta

At 18:00 we checked-in to an uncleaned apartment. took too much time until they started to clean the apartment promised some refund - have not got it

Clean and good location transport near by 15 minutes to old town host was helpful

Great location, a 10 minute walk down the hill to a great beach, with a bus stop (charging 1.95 pp) right outside. Clean and tidy apartment until the bugs flew in.

the entry procedures were quite complicated, requiring a youtube video and app to access. not for the technology averse. NO Air Conditioning, fans, or screens on the windows in 30+ degree heat. This resulted in a horrible night sleep and stuffy stay for a very expensive apartment. The host said the weather was unexpected but we were watching the forecast, they should have put fans in each room. As this was not the case, we opened the windows which caused lots of beetle sized bugs to fly in, infesting the rooms, picture attached, so we had to shut the windows and be in a stuffy room which caused a horrible night sleep, honestly the family couldnt wait to leave this apartment. Screens on the window would have solved this. Host was unsympathetic and unresponsive until next day on checkout asking if we'd cleaned up. Would recommend avoiding this place in summer.

Effective self check-in, modern facilities, garage is useful.

There was a bad smell (of food) inside the property, the window of one of the rooms didn’t open, the location is not ideally, close to ondarreta beach, but far from the city centre (12 min drive). It wasn’t too bad for a short stay, but the money spent was definitely not worth the stay.
