Nice balcony and everything was there. Very centrally located. Good shower.

The bed was really uncomfortable.

Poor equipment in the apartment. There was no knife for cutting fruit and vegetables, and only one wine glass, even though the rental was for two people.

The apartment is in a great location as it’s literally in the city centre and everything is walking distance . The studio comes with pretty much all you need.

The apartment we were given had no window, the studio room was very dark and had very little air. It feels like you are completely isolated from the outside as if you were in a bunker. We found 3 cockroaches on the stairs, obviously it’s Crete, it’s an island with nature, but weren’t really pleased.

Towels need a hot wash, they smelled of damp. I hate to be critical, but otherwise the apartment was perfect.

Very stylish tiny room (attic room), equipped with everything needed, a pleasure to be there. A nice terrace.

WiFi was stable yet it was not enough to watch video.

The smell of humidity in the room

As an advantage - big shower with really strong water pressure. There was TV with netflix downstairs, but unfortunetelly only one comfortable chair. Location is quite good, but not when you want peace and quiet.

We had 2nd floor room. Air conditioning was only downstairs. There was some cooling device running on cold water upstairs but it worked really poorly, it showed 33 degrees on the first night. The other option was extremely loud fan that did not worked properly (it was stucked in one place, not turning around). All in all first night was sleepless for us. It was fairly cleaned up, we found two cocroaches in the kitchen drawer when we've arrived - disgusting. There were also cocroaches on the staircase. Other extremely annoying thing was the toilet cover that was falling on your back. It wasn't equiped very well. We stayed for six nights, it would be nice to have at least some broom to swipe the floor. Also there were no additional bed sheets or towels like in every other place we stayed before. Here you need to pay additionnally for washing them. WiFi was working rather slow and it often lost connection. Also on the page you can read that check in is at 3pm but later they wrote to us to be at 3:30. Bed was rather small and uncomfortable. Additionnally there was not much light in the rooms. In general I wouldn't recommend this place - it would be so much better if not those inconveniences.
