Nice space, cool view and two big beds

I checked in and the guy who checks you in was kinda rude and was very forthcoming about the room so I get to room which I've gotten before and was really nice stay but this time I get to room and there isn't any water so I go downstairs and try and talk to staff no one for at least an hour the guy pursceded to tell me that the water would be availe in to hours 4 to f hours later still no water and from 930 pm water came on but completely cold so had to take a really cold shower. So attemt to contact front office and they told me that there isn't no refund "especially if you went through 3rd party hotel booking sites and would have possibly gave me a discount but said sorry no refund you get what you get so I just said oh ok and hung up . I am really upset that I paid what I paid and wasn't able to shower with warm water. So not happy about it at all.

Bad place and not safe uncomfortable definitely sad because of my money there’s a bad place

I don’t like nothing really noisy and uncomfortable for every aspect there’s not safe

there was no hot water and I had to wash in cold water. It is very uncomfortable. there were also other people's hair on the blanket and pillows, the blanket had holes in it.

It was very clean and comfortable

Nothing I didn't like

only thing good was location 3 min away from rose bowl

everything was horrible the pillows were disgusting and the bed had so much stains

room was of optimal size just next to the busstop and easy to go around using public transportation
