"I wouldn’t spend the night there.i canceled the reservation shortly after arriving and went to amuch better hotel."

Everything. It was not clean, you needed to speak with the receptionist through an enclosed window - you aren’t able to enter the office. The room was small and had a moldy smell. No iron. The freeway is very noisy.

The area was quite. It was close to the freeway.

The property manager and staff. No customer service at all. They treat you like as if you are a burden and a cheap person.
