Colliers Wood 1 Bed South London Short Stay

The neighborhood is very beautiful - felt safe. The space was clean, especially the bedroom. The WiFi worked perfectly, there were toiletries, laundry, cleaning supplies and a coffee machine with a tea.

The apartment is not suitable for 4 people, as the sofa is dirty and broken. We were not provided with a bedsheet for sofa. The kitchen lacked basic spices, and we couldn't find a trash bin or garbage bags. The shower temperature cannot be adjusted properly, so we had to wait for the hot water to run out before being able to get in. The apartment would feel much more inviting if the worn-out curtains, old carpet, and broken sofa were replaced.

It was self-catering so, no breakfast involved. Everything was okay.

The internet network was supposed to be extremely good, but it was the worst I have ever experienced. There was a serious lack of basic amenities such as tissues, drinking glasses, tea cups, a toaster, hangers etc. The bed which was supposed to be a king-size bed was not even a standard double bed. The host also refused me early checkout, so it was overall a bad experience

The mattress was good and comfortable. The apartment in general was clean. Check-in was straightforward without any staff involvement.

There was no toilet paper! No tissue boxes or kitchen towels of any kind! The kitchen was just bare bones, no tea etc. Check in instructions were sent when asked - but these should have been sent well before (what if the host was busy when I messaged him for instructions? I would have been waiting outside in the night). The allotted parking space was occupied for all the days of my stay - what's the point of allotting a specific number then? The apartment and building in general is a bit old and dated.
