The set up. The space was adequate.

The toilet seat was loose and the door was broken. The beds weren’t comfortable. The amenities were not up to standard for instance, a coffee maker but no coffee pods.

Property was a good size.

The property had unfortunately not been cleaned when we arrived or bedding and towels changed. After contacting the host, new towels and bedding were dropped off and a ‘clean’ organised for the next day. We were compensated which was appreciated. Very noisy neighbours upstairs and no sound proofing from the upstairs apartment, we struggled to sleep. We were staying as our family were competing in a sports event and intended to cook our own meals, the kitchen was lacking in basic cooking equipment.

Nice and warm apartment. The kitchen space was nice with good selection of crockery and cutlery. It was good to have a smart TV.

There was a lot of noise from the people upstairs. Nothing untoward ie they were just walking around, banging doors etc. but it kept us awake. Small double room and v difficult to walk around the bed. Also if up in the night would need to be careful not to bang head on shelf so decided best to sleep in other room. Would be good to clearly mark which is apt 2A and 2B ie sign on gate as not obvious from instructions especially if arriving in the dark.

A very nice spacious apartment with a parking lot and almost all you need in a home. Next to a really good cafe/restaurant.

Cleaning could be better and plastic slippers in toilet (and in the place) could improve the experience. I bough a pair for myself. By the way, my main issue was too noisy couple staying upstairs. For two or three nights, they made lots of noise like running on stairs, several times up and down, at 1 AM which almost shaked downstairs, where I was. Without these noisy neighbours, I would comfortably give 9 out of 10 to the accommodation.
