Beach home with garden, close to New Forest

liked everything. there are all the facilities for staying in the house.

I couldn't tell you as we didn't stay at the property. I didn't receive the message with the key code & the owner was very unhelpful & rude.

The fact that it was an air b & b property wasn't disclosed & the property was NOT as described. Parking space was tiny, the garden was in a complete mess at odds with the photos. We chose not to stay as it wasn't fit for our purpose of having a Wedding tea party with my new in-laws. We booked the property as we got married in Bournemouth on the 10th of June. I tried & tried to obtain a refund as we didn't even enter the premises but the owner refused following our complaint to booking.com & said that we were just trying to get our money back because we didn't cancel in time. I am resigned to the fact that we've lost our money but our wedding plan was ruined & I feel it's unacceptable to be made out to be a liar! Our son is autistic so we wanted somewhere nice to stay to minimise the stress for us all but especially him. We couldn't have even parked to unload the car safely as we had quite a lot with us but the space wasn't big enough for our estate car. We were disappointed to find that nothing was as close as we'd hoped or nearly as appealing as the photos had led us to believe.So we tried to speak to the owner as I hadn't received the key code message (I don't dispute the fact that he sent it but he didn't contact us to confirm receipt or that all was well!) The property is certainly not 'family friendly' & I base this opinion solely on location & the situation of the property being at the back of a house. My complaint to various different booking.com members of staff secured us a £20 reward card but we won't be using it or booking.com again. Mislead, disheartened & disappointed.

Child friendly with lots of toys, clean, close to shops and restaurants. Short drive to the beach

Very clean and the kids room was perfect with books and toys. Beds were so comfy and perfect location. Had everything we needed. We like staying in places that feel like home and this did. Also close to shops and restaurants

Just the parking space because we had a big car so took some time to get in the space but that’s it.

Lovely home, very clean and an excellent standard of decor, lots to recommend.

It wasn't on the beach, I would call it a town home, it's a downstairs flat and we were woken up by the children upstairs. But that's all. The flat did have a nice feel.
