L’allotjament està a 10 minuts a peu del centre, en una zona tranquila i ben comunicada amb transport públic. Té tot el necessari per passar una dies, els llits son molt comodes i tot molt net. La propietaria és molt agradable, vam poder entrar abans el primer dia, i el dia que marxavem també va deixar-nos el pis pel que necessitessim. Ha estat una experiencia 10. Gràcies per tot!

The apartment was perfect - clean, nicely decorated, with everything you can possibly need. It is conveniently located in a quiet street, but a minute from one of the main roads and next to the best gelato we've tasted. Our host was very helpful and sent us information on local markets happening nearby during our stay :) It was a real pleasure staying at the apartment, and would definitely return again!

Absolutely nothing

The accommodation was beautiful, and Fulvia was incredibly kind and helpful. She sent me lots of great tips on where to go in Bologna and what events were currently happening. The apartment was perfectly equipped — everything I needed was there. It was small but very cozy, and the bed (including the bedding) was super comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet area in the Santo Stefano district, which is lovely. You can walk everywhere, including to the main train station, even though it’s a bit further. I definitely recommend it!

The location is perfect for exploring the old town. The host was extremely accommodating. Good value for money. The place was clean and had everything I needed.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation in the historic city center, but in a quiet location. We could explore the town easily with just a few minutes' walk. Fulvia, the host, was very helpful and welcoming — she even waited for us to check in after 10:00 PM. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. I especially appreciated the generous amount of storage space in the bathroom. There’s also an excellent fish restaurant just across the road from the accommodation :)

The apartament looks as lovely as on photos. It is clean, cosy and has everything that you need for a stay (kitchen equipment, cosmetics in bathroom, etc). The hostess Fulvia was amazing: very friendly, and helpful. The location of the apartament is really good. A nice 10 min walk to historical centre. A few meters away are bars, tabacchi, small shop, and very tasty gelato. Quite a few restaurants are also a few minute away if you look for less touristy spots.

The only little thing is a window that is quite small and during less sunny days (as we had) does not let too much light into apartament.
