La posizione comoda per raggiungere sia la stazione che tutte le mete principali del centro. La cucna superattrezzata con abbondanza di stoviglie, con macchina elettrica del caffè ed anche con la caffettiera classica, il caffè sia in bagno sta che in cialde, frigo, bollitore elettrico, fornelli elettrici, ecc. Bagno con tutto l'occorrente e camera con armadietto e letto comodo. Confortevoli e ampi spazi comuni. La struttura e all'interno di un tipico palazzo storico leccese.
