Kept calling about parking and it was furnace and baseboards are dirty. Also had a weird paint smell. Also all the no shoes no smoking signs gelt very unwelcoming

"very convenient locations and quite neighborhood"

the location and cleanness of the place

no window in the kitchen, no light at the front door make it harder to see the number to open the door. May be some curb appeal in the backyard so when we open the windows for morning sun we can see some greens
