禁煙室を申し込んだ筈なのにタバコ臭く、フロントに申し出たところ、すぐに禁煙室に変えてくれてよかった。ただ最初に室内からフロントへ電話したが、いくらかけても応答がなく、いざというときはどうするんだおもった。
フロントにクレームで電話をかけたが、いくらやっても通じなかった。
