Entire 3 Bedroom Home With Garden and parking

Bedding was clean and fresh smelling Was able to park right out side the house. Although I’m not sure if that was just luck as there is no designated parking space.

The chair in the kitchen was broken and my mum nearly fell over.

Great stay for 1 night to go to the tottenham stadium was nice and clean and owner was always available and kept us up to date.

Good accommodation for the price. Overall good experience.

Outside garden's grass should be trimmed. There is also fox occasionally visiting the backyard. The front yard is also a bit messy, with shopping cart and traffic cone.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The host was very welcoming and we had a very smooth check in. Instructions for check in were pretty clear. There’s free street parking so we were able to come with 3 cars! There’s also a local train that we used to get into the city as I hate driving in London and I’m not willing to pay congestion charge! Was really spoilt with options for food but I would definitely recommend paying kervan restaurant a visit which is only a short walk away! A very pleasant stay overall. Thank you host, highly recommend staying here if you’re driving down to london!

A very comfortable stay with local amenities easy to access. Entire home has been kept clean and would highly recommended.

Unfortunately, this stay was nothing short of a headache. We had booked this place due to its location, as we were heading to an event in London, and as students, we did not want to spend lots of money on Ubers and Taxi's. This location was walkable distance to where we were headed and therefore was ideal for us. We had received a message the day before, confirming our stay on Saturday 16th March and confirming our day of departure on the Sunday 17th March. However, upon arriving to the property just after 2pm on the Saturday, our first issue started there. We were unable to open the key lock and could not access the property. Upon contacting Syed, he had arrived to the property within 5 minutes to help us in. At this point in time, he had realised the property had been double booked, as there were others people belongings in each room. Since we were really tight on time, as the event had already began, we didn't have the time to wait around and be relocated. Syed had offered that he will take our belongings with him and leave it at the other property ready for when we finished the event. He had also informed us that he will text us the new address and said it was the 'neighbouring village'. 3 hours from when we had left our bags with the host, we had still not received any messages from Syed (It was now 6pm) and had to message him asking for details. At this point we found out that the place was in fact not in the neighbouring village, but the neighbouring borough! It was about a 3.5 hour walk from the event we were at, and therefore was not walkable. 2 people from our group had left the event early and had to Uber back at 8pm. Upon arriving at the new property, they had realised our bags were not yet dropped off, and everyone started panicking. Syed then mentioned he wasn't expecting us till 10pm therefore had not yet dropped the bags off.

He then mentioned 2 of us had to sleep on sofa beds, which was not what we expected! The sofa beds were very uncomfortable, as you had to sleep on one side, otherwise the sofa bed would tip over, which happened a lot during the night! This is totally unacceptable especially this was not what we had originally booked. The next day, we had to yet again Uber back to the train station, which was now a lot further from where we were originally meant to stay. We had decided to message Syed and inform him about all the additional costs that this relocation had incurred us, and how much more of an inconvenience it was. We wanted to give him the chance before taking these issues up to booking.com, however he was extremely rude and unprofessional! After having highlighted that we had spend over £100 on taxis due to the relocation, he had mentioned that he had to pay to get us relocated and even asked to invoice us for this new property!!!!!! For something that was not our mistake, this is totally unacceptable! His message then followed with "Thank you for teaching us a valuable lesson in British etiquette. We'll be sure to not give any future customers this kind of treatment" I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this property, after this kind of experience.

It was a nice stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Beds were comfortable and the garden was a great addition.There was a small mix up with a keycode but it was swiftly resolved. Good value for the money. Thanks
