La ubicación está muy bien. Muy cerca de todo aunque hay que coger coche. La urbanización es muy tranquila y hay espacios verdes alrededor de las casas lo que hacen la estancia muy agradable

En el check-in tuvimos algún problema porque no nos había llegado el mail de instrucciones pero se solucionó pronto

Villa was spacious and very clean. It was very well equipped as in there was lots of everything! We loved the covered patio at the back! It was a chance to sit outside but with lovely shade. Plenty of place for the two families to sit and sleep.

A couple of things let the place down and in my opinion are easily fixed. Firstly the air con didn’t work in the main living room. Unit was ancient and needs to be replaced. There was air con in all of the bedrooms though which was great. By far the biggest let down was the state of the pool area. The pool itself was quite clean but the area around the pool badly needed some care. Lots of weeds and stained walls. Nothing a lick of paint and some power washing wouldn’t have fixed! The toilet block at the pool I don’t think had been cleaned in years. Such a pity.

It had all that we needed for our 2 weeks

I thought there would have been a maid service at the mid point change of towels etc but we had to do that

The location was excellent, close to all the golf courses we played. It was easy to get into the Vilamoura marina, quick taxi ride, very reasonably priced. The Indian restaurant on site was excellent. Overall our group was very pleased with the villa

there was no hot water in the villa and had to request a plumber. It transpired that the gas and water to the boiler had been switched off and not reconnected for our arrival, apart from that everything went smoothly

Lovely villa, whole complex is really quiet & relaxing. Pool area was lovely and snack bar there for drinks, snacks etc. Also a spar on the complex was really great. Only a few minutes by uber into Vilamoura about €4. Villa itself is really big, a few different terraces to sit on, bedrooms were spacious and spotless clean.

Location was perfect for our needs. Everything we required and very spacious. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Downstairs shower had no holder for the shower head. A recommendation would be a washing line on the upstairs terrace.
