We chose the location as a walking-distance to the Stadium Dall'Ara - 40 min walk. Also, great location to reach from Bologna airport by public transportation, without needing to take the Marconi Express. Being close to the Main Station, easy to walk to take the train to other day-trips also. Public shops and attractions at walking distance - no need for public transportation/taxi to/from the city center. Big room and clean, easy to take the keys by following the instructions received in advance from the host. The kitchen is very well equipped to up to 4 guests. The amount paid per night was net. No need to clean or to take the trash outside - included in the fee.

Quite noisy outside, since it's a playing ground right in front of the building. Quite noisy inside, since there is a boiler or similar/convector working basically all the time + the air conditioning is very old and noisy (but it works) and a fan has to be also started to vent the entire room. At night, trying to sleep without AC was a challenge, and opening the window without net made a lot a mosquitos enter the room... A window roller blind was not functional, and even when highlighting this through the booking chat to the host, no measure has been taken - it was really uncomfortable to wake up very early in the morning due to the sunshine (~6a.m.) In the room it was a very big and tall wardrobe, but we only could use a very small part of it, since the main part was filled with towels. There is a washing machine but no drying support or anything.

Tolle Stadt aber unbedingt eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

Die Klimaanlage war nicht funktionsfähig und das Sonnenrolle kaputt. Schon bei unserer Ankunft war eine unglaubliche Hitze in der Wohnung. Wir mussten mit offenem Fenster schlafen und wurden von Mücken zerstochen. Bis Mitternacht ist auf dem Basketballplatz viel los mit lauter Musik. Auf meine Beschwerden hin wurde so getan als wären die Probleme neu. Der versprochene Techniker ist natürlich nicht gekommen.

Goede ligging van ruim appartement zowel op wandelafstand van het station als van de binnenstad. Instructies om het appartement te betreden was beetje "zoeken", maar al bij al goed. Restaurantjes in de buurt en supermarkt op loopafstand. Goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Matrassen wel aan vervanging toe. Een muggenraam zou ook meerwaarde zijn (appartement grenst aan groenzone: park)

The location is close to the city centre and station, the place is spacious and comfortable for a few days stay.

There was only one roll of toilet paper (for a 6 day stay). When we asked about this in the chat we simply got ignored. Not the biggest deal, but since the page states toilet paper will be provided, it's a bit strange.

La ubicación es estupenda. Se puede ir caminando al centro de la ciudad y moverse por Bolonia dando unos paseos muy agradables. Al mismo tiempo, tener la estación tan cerca y con tan buen servicio permite visitar otras ciudades maravillosas. Nosotros fuimos a Parma y a Módena. Con lo cual aprovechamos nuestro viaje al máximo.

Me pareció caro para lo que es en sí el estudio. El impuesto diario también exagerado. El colchón y la almohada no me resultaron cómodos. Me lo esperaba mejor.

Sehr gute Lage für Zugreisende. Die Innenstadt (Piazza Maggiore) ist fußläufig in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. Bologna, mit seinen wunderschönen Arkaden und zahlreichen Highlights ist in jedem Fall eine Reise wert.

Für den Check-In mussten einige Hürden genommen werden: das Anmeldeportal für die Aufenthaltsgenehmigung verlangt "Babyboomern" rund 700 Klicks ab, um das Geburtsdatum einzugeben und dann erscheint "Time out". Immerhin konnten wir dann Fotos der Dokumente per What's App senden (Warum nicht gleich als Alternative?). Für die Zugangsdaten zur Wohnung musste ich dann einen Dropbox-Account einrichten.
