The place is probably the best location in the whole of Coron. It is walking distance to the port and is very close to the densest cluster of restaurants in the area. As others have mentioned, it is the only part of the owner's property that caters to visitors. The garage part is where the caretakers live. They keep the gate unlocked so that the guest is able to get out any time of the day. If there were no prior guests, they will allow you to check in early. Because you go to Coron to do island tours, you will just be staying in this property to sleep or rest. The property is probably best for solo or maximum of 2 people that can share a bed. I also like that there was a huge cabinet that has a good ventilation. Despite the street being not the cleanest, I did not see a single cockroach. Also, the rag did not cause my feet to itch, which means it was clean. I did appreciate that. As can be seen from my pictures. The top of mount Tapyas can be seen from the balcony. There's also a busy street just below it, which added to what a typical filipino balcony would be. You can smoke there (bit I didn't smoke), or you can just hang out. Just don't leave stuff on the chairs such as bags, or shirts or anything because there are cats that would try to sleep on those. On the first day, they would give you two bottles of water but if you are going to stay longer, there are a lot of stores that sell bottled water around. The area wakes up around 07:00 AM and sleeps around 06:00 PM, so you wouldn't really be bothered by noises from the street. The bathroom has a bidet, which probably why I am willing to look past its small size.

What I did not like about the property was that the bathroom was really small. I don't know what they were thinking when they constructed the bathroom. Also, the water from the shower had a bad smell. They should probably need to clean the heater because it seems that some biological matters have accumulated inside. I am around 5'8" and it was kind of a struggle when sitting on the toilet while my chest was touching the sink. My thighs were under the sink all the way to the wall. It was quite uncomfortable. Also, there's a lot of unnecessary decorations in the bathroom, which added to the crowded nature of it. I suggest that they remove those artificial plants and the excessive wall racks. It's not really that I didn't like but the AC unit isn't sealed properly, which causes it to overwork. I suggest that they seal the AC around with an expansion foam and fix the backside where there is a small opening. This opening lets in outside air which forces the AC to work overtime and in turn increases electricity cost. Also, they were trying to sell you their transport service. They probably have a good transport service but they had to ask me at least 5 times if I had a transport service from the airport after telling them that I already have. I understand that the caretaker wanted to be accommodating but I don't really like talking to people and I felt that she talked more than necessary. I also noticed that they did not clean under the bed because when I had a stuff that rolled under the bed, I saw a used underwear under it
