Tropical Getaway w/Private Beach 1 BD Condo

La vivienda no se encontraba en condiciones adecuadas de limpieza a nuestra llegada, aparentemente por no haberse gestionado correctamente antes del check-in. Aunque la limpieza se realizó al día siguiente y se nos ofreció una compensación, la situación no cumplió con nuestras expectativas, ya que tuvimos que encargarnos personalmente de limpiar el apartamento y lavar toda la ropa de cama para poder descansar la primera noche.

Facilities were excellent.

An adjustable shower head would be good.

The property is very clean the pool was great the service and staff were very friendly no one polices the pool so you can have floats and drinks. Side note there is two bars and food spots but they offer the same menus. The unit was nice and clean the balcony was small but enjoyed the view very much! It has basic necessities that you need to cook with. The small beach area is nice and they keep it tidy with the sargassum. The dock is really nice to walk. The bedroom tv was not operational not sure what was wrong but it did not seem to have a cable connected and it wasn't a smart tv? Not a big deal though. Like most places in the keys there are cats amongst the property you will see alot of wildlife from birds to baby raccoons.

The Condo was just as described. It was a wonderful stay. Location was perfect. The pool and the beach was awesome. Had a really nice stay.

Can not think of anything

The views are incredible! The condo is comfy and clean and very well maintained! The security made it even better, no worries about who’s on the property or your safety.

Bathroom needs a fan

Spent 20 mins at the gate because the owner forgot to let them know I was renting. Place had a slight smell but got better over time.
