Location was best thing but not on a usable beach.

Not completely clean because of Facilities being outdated. Everything was average. Facility had moldy smell throughout. They demanded cash as a deposit ( instead of credit card) for room after it was fully paid through booking. I thought that was weird. Then I had to get cash back (in bhat) as heading for airport….

Everything was perfect, umbrellas in the room very useful during rainy season, great location, staff lovely, breakfast had lots of options and fresh egg counter, room and pool very nice, a great stay!

I love the location. Accessible to all the shop and just opposite the beach. Staff was kind and helpful. When we call for room service, fast and swift. I also like the privacy of the pool villa.

Princevale should invest in having covered walkway to their lift lobby. It was raining during our stay and without the covered walkway, we got wet in the rain. Also they should invest in a escalator up to their pool villas. Climbing over 60 steps to the pool villa is truly arduous. sheltered escalator will be the best option.

They location was phenomenal, right across from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops and 7-eleven. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning as well.

They let us to use a from after the check out to take shower before our flights that’s was really nice! The hotel it self is beautiful and perfectly located 100% recommend

Property is centrally located in aonang However it is not a friendly place , we had booked duplex suite room , when we arrived to the room it was full of cockroaches, luckily the bell boy saw it and hence arranged for other room

However it is not a friendly place , we had booked duplex suite room , when we arrived to the room it was full of cockroaches, luckily the bell boy saw it and hence arranged for other room , else staff wouldn’t have believed us The room service if only until 7pm after that the dont provide any assistance , staff especially the reception fat lady and Manager Bee of the restaurant are extremely rude to the patrons, they also accused us for stealing their towel , as we were in morning rush to catch flight , we let it go , they charged us for that towel and humiliated us in front of other guests , they staff is total bully and I will Personally not recommend anybody staying in this property, we were on a girls trip and after seeing encouraging reviews on booking . Com booked this property , but very sad we left property with lots of sadness and headache

Very good location - walking distance to the beers, shops and bars.

The room was a lot smaller than it looked on the photos. It was very dark and dingy, unless the doors were open but there was no privacy to be able to do so. Breakfast options were pretty limited. The service from reception also was not great. When we checked out they were very slow, and there was no pleasantries made, not even a thank you or goodbye as we were leaving, hardly any acknowledgment, although we were being very polite.
