The location. Near the airport and attractions

The carpet smelled, pillows smelled of cigarettes even though I stayed in a non-smoking room. Clogged vanity.

Nice resort style hotel with a great pool and many services available, the staff was very kind and also a person from the reception took us to the airport as the shuttle or driver was not available at the time agreed. Overall are far better than the standard in West Papua.

Comfortable room but the bathroom was in bad shape. Some parts of the room not so clean. Food just correct but very slow for dinner. Air conditioning takes time to cool the room

"We likes Suni Garden Hotel a lot. It is one of the best hotels in Sentani and maybe in the Jayapura area."

The room size, working airco, the super friendly staff, the swimmingpool

You couldn’t get at more than one places into the swimmingpool. Staff could communicate better in English (e.g. stock of drinks (Bintang) was not up to date, evening event was not good communicated).
