Garden Street Retreat - 15 Minutes to NYC - Sleeps 6 comfortably

Very clean, well equipped for a nice family stay. Our host was very keen to help, reply immediately to all messages I've sent. The bus to NYC is a few minutes away and the ferry too.

Be aware of the stairs! (3rd floor, no elevator). A family with little children and several suitcases and strollers will find it challenging.

The location. First time in Hoboken and I loved it. Is a very nice neighbourhood, family oriented, safe with a lot of nice shops, coffee shops and restaurants near the flat. There are bus stops a few steps away from the property that get you to Times Square in 20-25 minutes. It couldn't be better. The flat is in a very good condition and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The staircase to the flat. I'm young and could carry all the luggage up to the flat (3rd or 4th floor) but it was exhausting. This is not a criticism in anyway as these buildings were built without an elevator.

We had an amazing stay and the accommodation was even better than in the photos! We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We absolutely loved staying in Hoboken! It's such a charming neighborhood with a true American vibe. It's calm, clean, and feels very safe, with far fewer tourists than Manhattan, which made the experience even more authentic and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the coffee corner in the apartment, where we could help ourselves to complimentary coffee and tea, including cups to go – a small detail that made our mornings so much nicer! The location is also great, just a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and around 15–20 minutes on foot to the PATH station. We also took the ferry into Manhattan, which was a beautiful ride with incredible views of the skyline. We can only recommend this place, it exceeded all our expectations.
