It could have been cleaner, the fridge,windows and outdoor seating area. One of the bedrooms had a broken curtain
NZLocation was great for where we needed to be. Comfy beds, good overall space. Good kitchen and decks. Quiet neighborhood. Could walk to boat ramp.
Previous rubbish bags could have been removed from outside deck at the back. Did not feel like using the spa as it was not inviting. Outside seating could have been opened for us. It was still under covers. No properly concreted driveway, slippery with gravel as if not finished yet. Could have an extra couch for TV room.

No instructions for the dishwasher. Barbecue was very dirty; took 20 mins to clean grill, under the grill was very dirty. Hot tub a bit basic and slow to heat up. No instructions.
