Chic Centrally Located 1 Bed Apt in Chester

Very clean and well equipped. Excellent location. Excellent communication with management team.

Some health and safety issues reported to management team.

Location was the only positive.

On everything else if there was a category of less than the worst shown I would have chosen them give the issues involved serious health and safety issues which were not addressed by the provider. Shameless.

Great location, within walking distance of races and all town centre facilities.

Bed was very hard and room very warm with no ventilation/ window or fan. Opened lounge window but very noisy outside until 3/4am.

It was a good apartment located in a great place. Would stay again if I visited Chester.

Could have been cleaner but it wasn’t too bad. Few little building problems but nothing major.

Getting the keys was easy. But that's all.

Such an apartment is better to avoid! An absolutely dreadful experience where we were forced to SLEEP DIRECTLY ON A SOFA bed without any bed linen (!). It was not only extremely unhygienic but also DISGUSTING. Even though I immediately informed the host upon arrival that the bed linen for the third person was not prepared, after several phone calls and unpleasant chat messages, I was told that I had two options - either they would bring the bed linen the next day, or I SHOULD BUY IT MYSELF??? Buy it? Really??? No one cared about my protests. They said they had no driver. The next morning, they threw the missing bed linen behind the door without bothering to fix anything. I have never encountered such an approach before, and I definitely don't want to again. There was MOLD in several places in the bathroom, and the carpets in the entire apartment were DIRTY. The pillows on the bed were apparently NEVER WASHED, and we didn't even want to touch them. Another big problem is the NOISE in the apartment. Unfortunately, we could hear every step, every word, and even the opening of our neighbors' drawers, even though they were not intentionally making noise. It felt as if they were in our apartment, which wakes you up at 2 a.m. The host's attitude was disastrous. So far, MY WORST EXPERIENCE with accommodation through Booking.

Location. Size. Comfortable bed. Well equipped.

Few minor niggles reported to management. Main ones bathroom cleanliness and bath plug not holding water.
