"Great house but hosts need to do better"

The house is very modern with excellent interior and exterior amenities. The location is beautiful and convenient.
The hosts attempted to add an undisclosed cleaning fee after the booking had already been confirmed. The hot tub was broken and the hosts did not give any money back. The provided door code did not work and it was difficult to contact the hosts because no phone number was provided.

"Clean, modern and comfortable, so a perfect stay between ski days."

Very close to restaurants and White Pass for skiing. House was very clean with updated appliances and decor, and many thoughtful additions in the kitchen and bath. We had a restful evening between ski days and much appreciated the hot tub.
Could not figure out how to access much on the TV. Played the board games instead.
