Highly recommend booking the loop with these guys- they are great and go the extra mile for their customers. Super modern and comfy rooms, with great free breakfast at the hotel in Ha Giang City. But the highlight by far is the staff! They go above and beyond to help you and are all so friendly 🥺 they really do care about their business. They also booked my bus for a very cheap price back to Hanoi as well. Big love to Tuan, Ming and their whole team! ❤️

Tuan msg’d me shortly after booking to welcome and stayed in touch throughout my stay. He recommended restaurants and drove me to one on his scooter. Clean room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with hot water and good pressure. Very good breakfast-2 eggs, veggies and bread. He booked a bus to Hanoi with pickup at the hotel.

No wardrobe as advertised, pool empty, translucent glass door and window let in light throughout the night. Recommend a pull down blind or permanent covering. Metal staircase, hallway and neighbor noise is loud in the room.
