Strawberry Ha Giang Loop Tour, Motorbike Rental & Rooms

The place is so chill and clean.

I am extremely delighted.

Good location and really helpful staff! They helped us with organising Ha Giang Loop on our own and rented almost new motorbike. After we finished loop they let us shower and organised return to Hanoi.

The swimming pool was out of order - it was too dirty. Bathroom could be more clean. Ventilation was not working properly and we had a lot of water in our bathroom all the time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too and they were happy to adjust for my dietary requirements. The hotel itself is very new and clean.

The water didn't drain well in the bathroom so there was always a bit of a puddle. Location is a little bit out of town but not bad, only a 20 min walk.

Our room was nice but small with a good view. Pretty basic but for one night ok. TV with YouTube etc. Owner waited with us for our pickup bus back to Hanoi, I appreciated this.

Owner speaks great english, the other staff zero with no confidence which is annoying and a problem in Vietnam in general. Location is not central, only ok if you have a scooter.

It was comfortable and clean. It was a cozy stay.

Strawberry House is new and very clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were a great perk. They accommodated my gluten allergy for breakfast and brought a delicious soup and other food instead of the continental breakfast. They also booked bikes for our Ha Giang loop trip and gave us in-depth tutorials to make sure we understood our bikes.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Great AC, mattress was a little on the firm side but ok for me. They provided made-to-order breakfast (eggs or Banh My) and were friendly and welcoming. We did not use their travel agency service but definitely would in future. Recommended.

Just know that It’s a little off the city center but it’s only a cheap ride with the taxi apps or a short walk if you can bear the heat.
