Next to the train station, clean, you’ll have everything that you need to have a bath, prepare food, etc.

A bit noisy because of district. No conditioner.

Location is exactly in front of railway station, we booked this room for waiting our train. I received full instruction from the host how to get to the apartment (at first I didn't saw it, but I made a call to the host and everything fell into place). Our room (Sweet dreams) was quit big with heigh ceiling, with comfortable bed, big closet and ventilator. This apartment has near 4 rooms, but we were alone that day. There are a shower and a bath in a common bathroom, kitchen with all needed staff.

I had a great stay at this booking in Budapest. The location is excellent—very well connected with public transport (metro, tram and bus all nearby), which made it super easy to get around the city. There are plenty of fast-food options in the area, which is really convenient, and both the mall and the arena are just a 10-minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, especially at night. I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Budapest, especially if you value location and comfort.

The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom, which felt a bit dated—but overall, it didn’t impact our stay in a major way.
