Nice location to access the places we wanted to visit. Modern updated facilities throughout the property. Binder, which provided information on various places to visit, food, etc. was very helpful.

I'm a long--range planner and was nervous about not having the code to the key lock box until the day before or day of my arrival. I understand that others were occupying the property and the need for privacy and security, but since check out time is around 10:00 am and check in is around 3:00 pm, it would seem possible to have the code a bit earlier. Directions as to how to park confused me. having all occupants park facing the street was the way others parked and I was almost blocked in because I parked facing the fence. Finding the thermostat to control heat was a challenge, but we did locate in one of the kitchen drawers.

Great location and space. Excellent communication from the host.

Seating in the living room not comfortable for shorter people.

Very clean comfatable accommodation near to the centre of Kettering. Lovely host even left tea coffee and biscuits for us on arrival very much appreciated after a long journey. I would not hesitate to stop here Again!..

Very clean and tidy; plenty of useful utensils in the kitchen; good shower; decent bed.

Would be nice to have a couple of lamps in the living room.
