"Definitely worth the price and would definitely stay again :)"

It was exact;y as advertised, with lovely small touches such as snacks, milk, water just overall pleasant

We did do some cooking there and there wasn't any instructions on how to use the stove, that and no wooden spoon or spoons for cooking. The heating was a small issue, the rail in the bathroom was extremely hot and we had to be careful not to burn ourselves in the night

The house was very modern and everything was clean and comfortable. It was also a good location for us, and parking available too.

"Perfect Apartment"

Everything, driving directions were excellent, easy to find and park, location box for the door key easy to find. The apartment looked great from the outside and was even better when we entered, just perfect in every possible way. The local pub was good as well as local shops as well as the nearby railway station for my trip to London

Another fantastic stay at Butterfly House. The property was spotlessly clean and tidy. The hosts always leave a little welcome pack of milk, biscuits and crisps which is very welcome after a long journey by train. Free internet access and smart tv.

It would be really nice to have a floor or table lamp in the living room rather than just ceiling lights.

"A perfect place to bring the family."

Butterfly House is perfect for families and getaways. It is beautifully decorated, has a wonderful kitchen with every appliance you could need, has a great bath and very comfortable beds and furnishings. We came in an extremely cold winter and were warm and cosy throughout our stay. We could not fault this property and as a family of four found it a very easy and enjoyable stay.

Immaculately clean and beautifully presented. Comfortable beds and pillows. Conveniently located in Kettering. Generous off street parking. A lovely two bedroom apartment all on one level with reasonable size rooms. Free Wi-fi. Exceptional value for money. Can recommend A+++

Spotlessly clean, very modern and spacious, fantastic kitchen appliances, very warm.

It would have been nice to have some floor lamps in the living room.
