Kelengkapan memasak lengkap. Sink. Tong sampah. Peti sejuk. Iron. TV. Dekat dengan pasar raya Billion and pantai irama. Kedai makan ada option sekeliling pantai irama. Dekat dengan pejabat tanah bachok.

Tandas tak dirancang dengan baik kerana ada air bertakung (lantai tak sekata). Saluran sink tak direct ke saluran khas, hanya open mengalir masuk lubang air. Boleh improve lagi bab tandas.
