I like that the staff/owner is super responsive and helpful.

As a solor traveller and working during travel, this property has ticked off my pet peeves and non-negotiables: 1. SAFETY HAZARD - the unit strongly smelled of paint and sealants that it made eyes water and it was harder for me to breathe. I only lasted 1 night as I arrived at night and the next morning, I moved to another accomodation without bringing my luggage. I picked up my luggage on the 3rd day. I did not cancel as I am assuming the owner is fairly new to this business, and she's super nice as well. 2. The door is so hard to unlock & lock, and took me multiple times to try. This has caused so much frustration coupled with fear as the corridor is eerily silent. I hope the owner will take this as a constructive criticism and try to improve rather than undermining my experience by citing previous customers did not experience the same.
