"Passable but nowhere near expectations."

Most things in the flat worked. It was clean and warm. The beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water. The owner visited us when we complained that the tv kept cutting out.

1) parking area small and strewn with overflowing rubbish. We paid to park at premier inn next door instead. 2) the communal hallway badly needs cleaning. A fire door wedged open with a cigarette lighter. 3) the flat is nowhere near the 120 square metres advertised, more like 50. 4) the tv kept cutting out. 5) the dining table is tiny, for two people 6) the double bed is against the wall so you have to climb across. 7) two of the bedside lights didn’t work 8) the bath-taps cold/hot are reversed 9) the hob knobs are misaligned. 10). The score of 8.5 Very Good seems overstated to me. It’s based on four reviews two of which make no comments. In future I’ll only book places with 20+ reviews.

The shower was a consistent temperature Park for the children was easily accessible Short distance walk into the town centre

One of the front room windows wouldn't open Must smell in the bathroom Beds was uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the front room instead Could hear the trains coming into southampton as it is situated right above the tracks and would hear freight trains till early hours Was air in the system so radiators didn't heat up

"Superb"

It felt homely and comfortable, nice size of apartment

The windows were hard to close, it was really noisy at night and other times as well. TV wasnt working
