Everything was new and fresh clean and tidy

Location great Check in staff lovely

The room was too hot and no way to cool it down. Noisy by stairwell people slamming door. Bed too soft and pillows too bouncy.

Very smart & clean relatively new hotel with excellent facilities in and out of room. Super friendly, welcoming staff throughout

Clean, comfortable, stylish, good ambient temperature, comfy beds, helpful staff

The bedroom doors are heavy and noisy when then slam through the day and night

Clean, modern, quiet, comfortable bed, well equipped eg steamer for clothes, tv size and easy to use, parking, staff really friendly and helpful, easy access to city centre

The communal refreshments are great except when you’ve settled at night and don’t want to go out of your room for a drink. Especially as robes aren’t provided. Understand rationale but just a bit restrictive.

Staff were very welcoming and helfpul. For a buffet breakfast, normally not so good, the breakfast was excellent.

Only marked down on price and I do not like having to pay extra for a carpark. Would have liked shampoo in the shower.
