I liked that the hotel was ecological, clean and very friendly staff

The price in relation to the quality of room and hotel facilities, hotel is on outskirts and still charges £10 parking in addition to over-priced fee per night. Our room was directly above the terrace and the windows were not sound proofed enough, so loud banter from a group of soldiers kept us up.

A little more expensive than other hotels and car park is quite small, overflow car park didn’t feel entirely safe particularly when you’re being charged £10 per night

Breakfast was very good. Not a great fan of oven baked bacon but everything else was excellent. Loved the variety of different dishes. Coffee was great. Evening meal was delicious and loved the choices. Staff were very friendly but not overly so. Very helpful when asked for help/information.

The dish that the cottage pie I ordered came in was VERY hot and even after 15 minutes it was still hot to touch. Also was it beef it tasted like lamb? I thoroughly enjoyed it but might be worth reviewing how it's served :) As much as I appreciate the reasoning behind not having tea/coffees in the room I think you should have the drink stations at both ends of the corridors. The room I was in was well away from the drinks station. Also when checking people in, it might be useful to tell them that as well as the restaurant that there is a Bar Menu if they didn't fancy a large meal.
