Casa adosada junto a la playa de El Perelló

Résidence très agréable, à 2 pas de la plage. Plus très jeune mais très bien entretenue. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Appartement bien équipé, on se sent comme chez soi.

Nous avons eu de la chance car hors période estivale donc beaucoup de calme, sinon je pense que ça doit être bruyant, le bruit résonne dans l'enceinte de la résidence.

Great communication with Nadia - she was very quick to respond and very helpful - and, as the house was empty before and after our stay, early check-in and late check-out was no problem. The house itself is very big - lots of space and the terraces at front and back are lovely. The complex is very well kept and someone was around every morning to clean the pool, which was great. It is two minutes walk to the beach - which was virtually empty when we were there (September). It's about a 10-minute walk to the centre of El Perello - we hired a car, which was really handy for supermarket (well-stocked Consum) and for day trips: El Parmar, Valencia and other parts of the coast. El Perello is a very Spanish small town - we were there for a week and didn't hear any other English spoken - exactly what we like in a holiday! Some restaurants have English menus but with the help of Google Translate, we never had a problem and the locals were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

If I'm being really picky - the beds are a bit short if you're tall (I'm 188cm) and there could be a couple more traditional saucepans.

The townhouse, as it is located in complex of similar houses , itself is ok, 3 floors, small terrasa in front of the house, looking into internal facilities, including pool and small yard, and there is also backyard, which the time we were there wasn't clean and had puddles appeared due to airconditioning systems. The indoor facilities of the complex are good, pool is clean and ok size. The house also has itsown personal garage on floor -1 with access from the kitchen. Facilities in the house , three bathrooms, all with showers. A kitchen with almost all required equipment, except - electric teapot and no small pots...we asked for one, but got no answer from the property owners.. Each room has airconditioner, so it is ok in winter time and summer time..there are balcony and beds are good. Living-dining room could have a bigger table and smaller sofa, as there is not much space even for three of us at the table. Complex is close, very close to the beach and seashore... Not far from a big supermarket, gasoline station. The access to the city could be unpleasant due to traffic, but at the time we were there there was no traffic, except once when the police blocked the road and was checking every car.

That you cant check-in any time, have to talk to 4 person to set the appointment for getting the keys..4 persons, come on! And then any of this person wasnt able to get us either answer or help with electric teapot... The wind, the sound of the wind was heard from every room, closed windows... If it is strong you wont be able to sleep well... But outside the complex the wind is not that strong in general...
