Spacious 3BR Villa Near Kaliurang - Arfani's House

A comfy and clean guest house. The owner responds fast and very hospitable. Worth the price considering the location and the size of the house.

Niat awal cuma mau stay 1 malam, eh akhirnya malah nambah jadi 3 malam karena saking betahnya! Sampai repeat booking 3 kali terpisah tiap hari karena tadinya mau pindah tapi nggak jadi-jadi, hehe. 😍❤️ Suka banget sama tempatnya bener-bener nyaman, bersih, dan fasilitasnya oke banget sampai bikin mager pindah. Sempat khawatir karena baru booking mepet jam 16.00, tapi ternyata jam 17.00 kamar sudah siap ditempati. Prosesnya super cepat! Poin plusnya, staf di sini sangat profesional dan baik banget. Mereka sama sekali tidak mengganggu privasi atau kenyamanan kita meskipun di jam cleaning, jadi kita tetap bisa istirahat dengan tenang. Kakak owner-nya juga ramah bangett Lokasinya strategis, mau ke mana-mana dekat. Buat teman-teman yang cari homestay nyaman dengan pelayanan jempolan, langsung aja cusss kesini. Jujur, kalau ke sini lagi pasti bakal balik nginep di sini sih! Super worth it! Thank you arfani's house

Arfani's House is located on the northern outskirts of Yogyakarta. The house is a spacious, well-designed home with a minimalist aesthetic and a very clean environment. It has three bedrooms (two with a king-sized beds and one with queen-sized bed) and one bathroom, making it a comfortable option for a family. The kitchen was well-equipped with basic condiments, eggs, and the option to request additional food from the host, such as instant noodles. You can also request a breakfast package, which is convenient. For longer stays, the washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer add a lot of value. The house is located about 800 meters from a traditional market, which is great for picking up fresh food and fruits to store in the fridge. Additionally, the koi fish pond in the yard offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind with family. The house also includes toilet grab bars, which are a thoughtful feature for elderly guests. The hosts live in the house right in front of Arfani's House, so they are always nearby and eager to assist. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This house also implements waste segregation policy (separating inorganic and organic waste, which is really good for the environment). Love it!

A few things to consider: The house is located in a village setting, which means there is the sound of the adzan (call to prayer) during prayer times, as well as noise from nearby farm animals like goats and cows. While I personally enjoyed this atmosphere, guests sensitive to noise should be aware. There is also a section of the staircase without a railing, which could be a concern for families with young children. So extra caution is advised when using the stairs.
