"Exceptional"

The view from the balcony is absolutely splendid , we could have sat there all day ! The apartment is spacious and clean, and well equipped with everything one needs. Our host, Paolo, was very friendly and helpful, and tried his best to accommodate our early arrival and late departure. If we went back to Procida, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else .

Nothing to complain about !

"Gorgeous views by the bell tower in historic port area"

The views from this property in unreal!! So gorgeous, right by the church (where the bells toll every 15 min), within easy walking distance of all parts of central Procida port area. Very close to amazing restaurants and the historic town.

There was a bit of an ant issue when we first arrived, they did their best to clean it, but I think it needed a bigger fix. The pickup of keys felt very unnecessary (could have easily been a lock box, to avoid all the back-and-forth hassle).

"Beautiful apartment, stunning views and great location."

I was worried before booking as there were so few reviews, but found the apartment to be newly renovated, airy and spacious and in great condition! The location was perfect and the views are stunning. The hosts were very helpful and even gave us a welcome gift on arrival.

The church bells were a surprise, but you don’t visit Procida to spend time in your apartment so it was fine when we were out most of the day!
