Fully Furnished 3 Bedroom House in Preston with Free Parking

- ⁠The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we just felt at home. We spoke with the host by phone and she was very responsive even allowing us to check in early. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the house to others!

Fantastic find! The house was very comfortable and warm. The main bedroom was huge! Everything was clean and well-maintained. It was in the middle of Ribbleton so close to a few good takeaways. Overall, it offered everything needed for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

This was a last minute booking so we were lucky to find something at this price. For a remote check in service they were quick to send the door code. Wine and snacks waiting for us so that was a nice touch. Will definitely book here again!

The house is spacious and clean. We found parking right in front of the house. Thanks for a great stay.

The property was very poor and not up to my standard, when there were positives such as the size of the property the negatives such as the dirtiness of the house and patio specifically, heavily outweighed the positive of the property

There was a lot I didn’t like about the property: •the communication was very poor, on the day of arrival I was sent the code around midday, this was despite paying the day before. I found this almost impossible to work with as this was the day of travel meaning I had no internet to communicate with as I don’t live in England, I tried to communicate by phone however I was ordered to fill out a formulae out by mail which took me a whole hour. This was just the start of my trouble. • after filling out all the information which took me a whole hour and a few phone calls I finally get the code to the key box, to my huge disappointment once I opened the box containing the keys, there were no keys! I tried to cancel my stay on phone because I had done everything I could on my part. I was told by the property secretary I couldn’t cancel my stay, I was shocked, I still to this day find this unfair and quite frankly disgusting because I had done everything I could on my part and I still couldn’t even access the property, after that the secretary tried and kept failing to get a hold of the caretaker, this resulted in me and my family with our travel bags waiting half an hour in the gruelling cold on the sidewalk to finally receive the keys to the property from the caretaker. • After that whole hassle, me and my family finally got to access, however my disappointment didn’t end there, once entering into the property we were met with a gust of cold air which was extremely unpleasant, it took a whole 3 hours for the air to finally heat up to a decent standard. • The next morning we went to the patio, and I was absolutely horrified, the state of the patio was absolutely disgusting, it was vile.
