Excellent breakfast, perfect location, a bit small room

The room was clean and the location good.

I booked and received confirmation for a 21 m² room with a private terrace, but upon arrival, I was given a much smaller room (around 12 m²), with no natural light — it felt more like a prison cell. The “terrace” they referred to was actually a shared rooftop space with no umbrellas or seating, making it unusable. After I complained, they moved me to a slightly larger room, but still without a terrace. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was not a buffet, but a limited set menu. For example, if you wanted eggs, you could choose between scrambled or boiled — and they brought only one egg. Additionally, the same staff members were responsible for both kitchen service and room cleaning, which raises concerns about service quality and hygiene. While the room was clean and the location good, the overall experience did not match what was advertised or paid for. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this stay based on the value and misleading information.

The breakfast was great. There was a large selection of what to eat. What you did not eat for breakfast you could take in a bag which was provided to eat later. The breakfast area was on the roof top which was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
