Le Var - Beachfront home in Bracklesham Bay

The location was great and easily accessible to beach and shops. Great to walk to the Beach Hut for lunch. Ben & Jess were great and efficient and the parking outside the house was perfect. The utility room was a nice surprise offering beach towels if we needed them.

The damp smell on entering the house was pretty strong. I would also strongly recommend getting some better bedside lamps as it was so dark and impossible to read in bed. I would also get some pictures and maybe a chair in the rooms (particularly the room upstairs next to the main one) - it was all a bit basic. Unfortunately the weather was pretty awful on our first night and the noise on the roof windows was so loud that it kept us all awake.

The house was beautiful and spacious, lots of room for three families and children. The kitchen was well stocked, clean and spacious

The staircase, although very beautiful, was not great for a one year old and too wide for a stair gate. The garden led down to the sea, but it was quite difficult to negotiate the gate to get to the sea.

Le Var is exceptional, located on the beautiful beach of Bracklesham Bay, it is spacious and had all the facilities our family could have wanted. The interior is beautifully designed and equipped, and we all had a wonderful stay.

The house is epic, had everything we needed, was huge and in a great location! We will definitely look to book again!
