El hotel no es el de unos años atrás, evidentemente cambio de dueños. No hay más servicio de desayuno, es todo remoto en cuanto a atención lo que no es un problema si se soluciona lo que se pide. Por el precio si es solo para dormir es suficiente, es correcto. La ubicación es excelente. Pero deberían dejar más Toallas de mano, lo digo a modo de colaboracion. Las solicite, me tuvieron 1 día entero a mensajes y nunca me las dieron. El resto, sin problema. Esta bien por el precio

Que te cobran por las toallas extras, creo que eso debería darselo cuando uno lo necesita, además el mircrowave olia como a pescado . Aparte de eso mas nada,

A modo de sugerencia, diría que el ruido del aire acondicionado, podrían cambiarlo y modernizar. Me toco justo al lado del aire, y me pegue un resfrío terrible. Estuvimos 7 días y con el aire tan frío y ruidoso, a veces, no es fácil descansar. (Pero no es condición para no volver. ) solo una sugerencia, sería un 10 si cambiaran el sistema.

I think the cleaners should go in at least once maybe twice a week, you were expected to clean yourself but only provided with a dust pan and brush, this is no good if you have mobility problems
USIt is well located between Disney and Universal parks. The room and bathroom were very clean, everything was tidy, with everything we needed to stay for several days. The beds were very comfortable. It is very close to restaurants, you can walk to eat a buffet or try some tacos. The facilities have a pool, but we spent the whole day in the parks, so we didn't have time to enjoy it.

I was not aware that this hotel was run as a air bnb and there is no service as clean towels, trash removal etc unless we pay extra. we had to wash their towels, buy soaps if we wanted to have it available, this gs that normally hotels will provide. also in one picture it shows a TV with Disney plus, which leads me to believe that it is provided by the hotel, but it is not.
