Brand new, lovely interior. The beds are very comfortable amd so are all the pillows. The view intot the garden of casa de pilatos is so nice. Its a short walk to all the main sites it's in a lovely area. The check in was easy and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment early before check in. Almost all the windows have shutters, the smaller bedroom is pitch black. The staff are available on WhatsApp and reply very quickly and are helpful!
I struggle to believe the apartment is 1000sqft, it's small in the living area for 4 adults to be in it together. The road is quiet but you can still hear noise through the glazing. The upstairs room is a mezzanine room so can hear all the noise from the kitchen and the door going onto the terrace has no curtain. We weren't able to leave our bag in the apartment after check out but were sent to a luggage area. The pool wasn't working which I wasn't told when booking.
