La tranquilidad del departamento. Estaba limpio, ordenado, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Y la atención del anfitrión 10/10.

The apartment is in a nice block with a guard present in the lobby. The apartment is a couple of blocks from the beach, about 5 blocks from a supermarket and only a block or two from other shops, including a bakery, and plenty of buses to Miraflores and the centre. The apartment was very clean, with plenty of cleaning products and equipment, e.g. brooms, clothes, buckets etc . The apartment had a spacious, comfortable and homely sitting room with a seating and eating area. The bedroom was also spacious, with plenty of storage and a television with Netflix (and other streaming services). There was one bedside table, one on each side would be nice, and there is a switch for the main light next to the bed. The bathroom had a lovely hot shower, hooks for towels, which were nice and large. The kitchen had everything you would need, we were able to cook every day for 10 days. There was also some basic items, I.e. oil, sugar, salt, spices available. It also has a washing machine, a separate sink for clothes and a drying rack, with lines available on the roof area. The WiFi/internet/network was very fast and with excellent download speed in all areas. The owner waited up until gone 23:30 to let us in the apartment and provided lots of local information in a pamflet and also on a website. The security guard was always very helpful and friendly. We didn't need them, but there were plenty of blankets available. The flat had a nice ambient temperature at all times.

The neighbouring apartment was noisy, especially with one resident watching television at full volume in the night, every night. The general street noise of cars, car horns etc was annoying, especially as the bedroom faces onto the street. The block of flats opposite had an exceedingly bright light on the roof, which woke us up regularly in the night. There was no evidence that rubbish could be recycled. We were charged the 18%VAT, which shouldn't apply to International travellers. Bedside lamps would be nice.
