Newbuild, 3 Bedroom house with free parking

Nice new build, so clean and tidy.

We found the house to be a bit hot but if we opened the windows at night there was noise from the railway and people on their way home from the pub.

The apartment was easy to find and access. It was clean and comfortable. The facilities were as you’d expect in a new apartment.

The smoke alarm was very sensitive and went off twice while we were cooking despite having the extraction fan on and the window open. This had the neighbours running to help us as there was nothing handy to use to push the button on the alarm. We also did not appreciate having to make a separate security deposit to the host outside of booking.com. This made us very uneasy and have not experienced this before. While the host was good at communicating, it still did not sit well with us.

Both houses were very homely, clean and comfortable.

Central to all amenities. Good parking. Good sized rooms with very comfy beds and well equipped.

If you have your own vehicle or use a taxi company, travelling is fine. Uber can be temperamental, not a lot of drivers, especially at night.

Nothing, everything is great

New built. Very clean and helpful staffs.

Bed a bit small (not quite double). Would have been perfect if has an en-suite bathroom in addition to the main bathroom. Oven was not clean enough.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that we didn't get exactly what we paid for. I paid for (3) 3- bedroom houses totalling 9 rooms but got 2 houses - (1) 4-bedroom and (1) 3- bedroom houses totalling 7 rooms. We were a group of 10, so we ended up sharing, which was not the plan.

Close to town and transport

No curtains in the front room, lack of lamps and cooking equipment, had to connect the washing machine to be able to use it, couch is significantly uncomfortable
