The house was bigger than we imagined. The location was perfect for our trip. The house is in such a peaceful area and ideally located for Liverpool either by train, car or Uber. The lounge was super comfy and the kitchen extremely well equipped. The house was immaculately clean and for any winter visitors lovely and warm

Lovely house & garden in a quiet location, perfect for our overnight stay. The house was spotless & well stocked, with toiletries & extra supplies including tea, coffee, spices & sauces etc. The beds were very comfortable too…a big plus! Liz is a welcoming host who kept me informed prior to & throughout our stay.

The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful time & great communication with the host who also left us snacks & pastries for breakfast! Would highly recommend. We will be booking again!

"Overall, myself and 6 other friends had a lovely overnight stay in the property."

Lovely outside sitting area and bedrooms were spacious.

The guests using the upstairs bathroom did complain that there was no blind up at the window, and the window was not frosted so felt very overlooked from other properties.

"Property as described and perfect for our requirements"

Lovely, quiet location. Would have been nice to have some butter and bread, there was milk, jam and eggs. Clean and well equipped.

We would prefer a firmer mattress, just a personal preference. Tap in en-suite is loose and difficult to turn off completely.
