"Ideal location for family group for a trip to Oxford"

It was clean and comfy with nice facilities and had everything we needed including off road parking. Owner was very responsive to questions and super fast and helpful when we had a small issue with getting into the property

"Only problem half of a bed was broken so had to sleep on the other side"

No email sent regarding key location entry parking etc, I had to ring booking.com to be put through to someone to explain why I was calling One of the bed had broken bed panels / slats
