It was very spacious, clean & cozy! We felt comfortable & relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Asa was extremely helpful and welcoming!

The lodge was warm welcoming very clean and well equipped for our stay. Wish we had stayed another night so we would have had time to explore the walk by the river etc..would definitely recommend to stay here... only 15 mins drive into Durham..secluded area to enjoy a family get together in privacy...loved it

Only negative was the sofa bed...not comfy at all and not suitable for 2 people to sleep on. If the lodge is for 6 people would suggest providing an alternate sleeping provision than that provided....the bedrooms and beds were fab tho!

Loved the log burner and hot tub! The space outdoors for the dogs to roam, so many added extras to make the stay comfortable ie:towels, toiletries, so many kitchen accessories
