"A stay to forget"

The maintenance of the unit had much to improve. None of the 2 bathrooms worked. Needed to call in the handyman at 6am. No solution was provided other than closing the water. We were not transferred to a different unit. We were not reimbursed. Arguments when talking to the administrator were super poor. It’s fair saying that we’ve stayed other times in different units and did not have the same experience. This one was one to forget.
