La habitación fue muy cómoda y no se escuchaba el ruido de afuera. Se descansa muy bien en ella y la atención del personal es muy buena.

El desayuno se obtiene en un restaurante cerca de la posada, ofrecen pan tostado, huevo, fruta, té, jugo o café; el único inconveniente es que si pides un vaso más de jugo, té o café, te lo cobran como un extra.

Excelente atención del personal, nos encanto feng shui del hotel (esta hermoso)

me hubiera gustado una caja fuerte más grande, hoy en día habemos muchos nomadas digitales y en mi caso me gustaria sentir más seguridad en dejar mi laptop o ipad en el hotel.

Excelente hotel, con un personal que atiende también con excelencia. Viajaba con mi bebé y nos preocupaba un poco que por la ubicación del hotel se sintiera mucho ruido, pero nada de esto: el hotel es súper silencioso y pudimos descansar cómodamente. El desayuno nos encantó:. Si bien es continental, es una excelente opción y lo sirven en un restaurante muy bueno y con una atención excelente. Quedamos felices de haber escogido este hotel en Playa del Carmen

Location is good

They don’t even give a bottle of water. If you need water you need to go all the way to the first floor and with one glass of water Because they don’t even put a jar or anything to take water to your room. Very cheap to be honest
